Does anyone have any pictures or ideas on how to mount the dodge intercooler on an 85 f150? Id like to use it sense its free but im not sure if its going to fit or not. Any ideas would be welcomed. Thanks.

First I'd measure the width of the radiator. Ford used several different sizes. Also measure to see how much clearance you have between the grille and the radiator support. You'll probably have a hood latch support brace that will have to be reworked but that is minor. Make yourself a cardboard template with holes in it to match the intercooler. Slide it in front of the radiator support to get an idea where everything will be. A piece of cardboard is a lot easier to swing around than that intercooler. The recommended intercooler for a Ford is generally a Ford unit from a late 90's 7.3 diesel. You want the one that is all aluminum. Of course when it's free you want to try to use it if possible.
