Hey guys, im sure someone here can answer this question for me. How hard would it be to put a 6bt into my 1995 gmc yukon that came with the electronic version of the 6.5L diesel? All information is greatly appreciated.

Need some info. Is it 2wd or 4wd. Do you want to keep a/c do you have at or mt. The room is there it just takes some tweaking and "custom fab". Give me some details. I am getting ready to start my swap. Just sold the 6.5 and trans out of my 94 gmc 1ton dually. I'll be glad to help if possible
It's no different than the trucks or Burbs ,since you have a diesel you just save your self a bunch of time .The very little wiring mods ,fuel system just remove the tank pump install a pick up tube and don't for get to remove the pump from driverside frame rail if it's still there.
The trans you'll need a stand along controler and a engine adapter set .
would the 4l80e hold up to the 6bt's torque or should i see about switching off to a nv4500 or 47re? and if i do switch to either of those transmissions, what would i have to do to keep all my stock gauges work?
