With rubber tracks mebbe. Kind of overkill for street. Waste of money. On off road use or military. Tracks actually decrease fuel consumption on soft terrain.

some people say tracks help to balance weight pressure over road surfaces...

to avoid road crumbling there are some rubber-padded or full-rubber tracks...

I have one of the bulldozer which I do add rubber pads on the tracks and have no issue to drive on road but sure it will be pretty noisy but work the best in wintertime.

To put the rubber pad on it will take couple hours if you are good on that little over 400 pads on both tracks.

    Merci.

Could you imagine those rubber tracks at 70 mph?

i believe it wouldn't be a problem while off-roading, but in the asphalt the tracks in the steering axle would be more damaged...
