I wish you good luck with the ATS and I really hope you don't need any after sale service. I have never owned an ATS but I have heard many a horror story about the lack of after sale service.
But then again all of the issues I am aware of were with automatics.

I made the cable it is the stock one cut down I just cut the end off and pulled the cable out and used a cut off wheel to cut the cable to the lenght I needed and put the stock end back on to help to seal it. And used a sheath like what is used on a winch cable and crip on clamp to hold it cause the cable is stanless steel and I couldn't solder it. I will try to post some more pic soon

Here goes the questions: What rear end ratio did you end up with? What engine RPM are you running at 60 and 70 mph (those are good mpg figures and I want to see if I can get my project close to RPM your running)? How is the power compared to your gas engine? Did you keep the stock radiator? Thank you for answering the questions.

3.55 gears stock radiator and I don't have a tach to know what rpm but it governs out at 85/90 mph as for the power We don't really know it was bought with a knocking 4.2 it was drove home and torn apart

    Default Wow!

Great String! I have a 01 F150 SC with the 4.2l V6 and manual 5spd M5R2. What trans adapter did you use to mate the 4BT to the trans? Stock clutch? Did you retain the stock hydraulic slave/TO bearing setup? This 4BT looks like it sets back just like the factory V6. Looking fwd to new pics! Thanks. Dean

The truck rev's slow and seems gear bound in 1,2,3 4th and 5th are good we have never messed around with the pump yet it getting around 28 to 30ish mpg over all

We used the p30 mounts and the liquid isolators . As for any thing we would change is making it rev quicker and change gearing for more topend (not for more speed just less rpm)it will top out at 80ish

Just a update. they only thing we did was to install the 3200rpm gov spring and change the gears to 3.27 . The gov spring is a must do mod . We haven't had any problem with. Mine is final in the shop to it's heart trasplant too.
