4v 4bt

I know there is a common rail 4.5 version of the 4BT...I forget what its called but was there ever a 3.9 version without common rail...you know a 4 cylinder version of the 24V 5.9. The Cummins website is so annoying to navigate through I can't make heads or tails of which engine is which.
