A local diesel shop has a bosch pump, but it looks diffenent then what I have seen on 4bts.

my pump has a keyway on the pump but not in the gear . I locked the timing gears then removed the pump. does this pump have to be timed to reinstall. its on a 1998 4bt with a bosch inline pump A style pump
