I started this March of 2021. I bought the truck with the engine trans and t case already mounted and the cab was just sitting on the frame for $2500

First thing I did was get the cab mounted and in place. Then I ordered a battle born brakes superduty axle swap kit

I was originally going to run a step side bed but being as it’s on a regular cab long bed frame it was too short so I bought a flat bed for it. In March of 2022 I had it ready to go for its first drive put it in gear and the trans had nothing. So I ended up swapping it out for a zf5 and found out it had been assembled without a torque converter.

It is a 93 ve pump truck. The last 2 weeks I have been going through the whole fuel system everything is new. New pump injectors lines and return lines.
It is my shop truck so lives hooked to a trailer

Thanks for ALL the Pics. I get concerned when I see welding on the factory frame. Maybe your Inspector
will have a different opinion !

Always wanted to do a Supercab or Crewcab dentside on a newer Superduty frame, but haven't found the right candidate yet. There is a nice one running around the desert here in AZ I've seen a few times...but I think that one is 7.3 powered.

Following the build.

I have a second cab and a 2008 f350 chassis I have been contemplating building also. But I also have a rolled 2018 f150 I was going to swap that on. So we will see.

Well the old girl got about 400 miles on it this weekend. I drove it to our cabin and back. It did great! 75 on the way up and I pushed it a little harder on the way home at 80-85 on the way home my egts were around 430 * F, I’m am extremely happy with how it drives. Rides as good as my 2010 f250 did. Few more things I need to add to it now like cruise but one upgrade at a time. Lol

I'm assuming your EGT number is 430 deg C which would be 806 deg F. Very good number either way.
Nope it was 220 C
