Hi guys, I'm installing a steering box out of an F250 into my '05 F150, so I'm needing to fab/purchase a custom intermediate shaft to connect the steering column to the steering box. The output of the steering column is just a square, the input of the super duty steering box is 36 spline with a flat spot on it. Where so I find the required U Joints to make my shaft? I can't find a U Joint to accept the square output.

You may have to get the whole lower steering shaft from a Ford of the same year model and modify to fit your truck. The F250 unit was supposedly the same from 1999-2007. Not a cheap part. Dorman shows it as part 75867PM. 2008 and up is a different unit. You didn't mention what year your steering gear was. Here's a link to Ford which shows the lower section if that's what you need to get that special spline part. Part #3B676. https://parts.ford.com/shop/en/us/steering-parts-other/shaft-6534867-1
