#366 governor spring sources

Did a search, I didn't really come up with much

1) What is the full part number needed, so I can ask for it?

2) Buy from where? Injection shop? Cummins?

Can be had from about any shop that does work on the VE pump, about $20 from what most have reported.

Wonder if they charge a stupid $9.99 handling on every order like summit racing does?

I think I could buy another motor if I still had all those 10 doller handling fees. Naaaa... I would just order more go fast goodies. ;)

HAH! I bought 2 Cummins emblems for $7 and didn't check shipping, which turned out to be $17!!!! To make it worse, when I moved I stuffed them somewhere and never found them again, so bought some more from Cummins for $4-$5 each or so...

i think it was like 5 dollars "freight" still seemed crazy for a part they could put in an envelope and put a 41 cent stamp on... maybe 82 cents if it were a padded envelop.

Still very easy to deal with company for sure. I just need to put mine in...

I have them in the Vendor section as well !
Haven't checked that out yet....when did you start carrying them?

I got mine from Piers for $16 + $5 and it took about a week or so to get here.

I just went to Piers site, and shipping for the spring is as follows:
Please select shipping method :
UPS - Ground $11.79USD

I'm not about to pay $12 shipping for a freaking spring, especially after only paying $10 for an adapter housing to come from Kentucky, and $15 for a bellhousing from Texas! (to New Hampshire).

Scott, if you can do better on shipping, PLEASE send me a PM! Thanks.

Jim
