Just removed the exhaust manifold to switch it out with another. After looking at the cylinder head...I noticed #4 cylinder exhaust port is wet with oil or fuel? I'm not sure.

When it's running, there's no white smoke just the typical diesel smoke under revving or load.

The engine has ran a little since the installation. Has not been driven on the road yet and it's been sitting for a year prior to that. Can anyone help shed some insight on this?
