4BD1T torque specs

In the manual for rod caps the torque is suggested 29 ft.lbs. than 60~90 degrees!!!! Is it best to go the full 90 ???

The main caps are 166.3 -180.8 ft. lbs What would you recommend?

I think it's better to follow the manual.
