My Case 95xt I need to replace the rear freeze plug, it has a 4bt in it.

Do these 12V Cummins plates/plugs work for the 4bt? Or what is the best option. Looks like the plug is the same approx 2.26 inch hole with 6.5 inches between the two rear studs.

A 12 valve 6bt and 8 valve 4bt are identical except for 2 more cylinders on the 6bt. Whether you use one of the fancy aftermarket plugs or the standard type is sort of your call. The OEM part number should be 3922072 and you'll see prices from a bit over $1 to about $11. Probably not an issue on your Case but some transmission adapters may not clear the fancy type billet units. On engines equipped with air compressors Cummins even had one of the fancy type. See diagram below.
