I can get them at NAPA and Carquest just tell them to look it up by the P30 chassis. Same for the water pump, P/S pump, thermostat, tensioner pullye, etc.

Do their parts books actually list a Cummins engine for the P30?
I can't imagine why it would if it wasn't an engine offered from the factory.

I believe it was a factory option I just tell them it is a P30 and usually the next question they ask is what engine and I tell them a 3.9 Cummins and they find the part in the books, not the computer.
