I heard that Diesel create air. I was wondering if there was any why to take that air and make an onboard air system if so how do you do it?

Diesel's dont "create" air. Some people have taken an old York-type AC compressor to use for compressed air. You'd also need some sort of storage tank.

There is an air compressor available that is driven off the accessory drive location, that is also the location of the power steering/vacuum pumps so you would have to chose.

I also haven't seen them cheap anywhere. I would think adding a York Compressor would be a much cheaper way.
