I have never seen this option. Will need to look into it for sure..
The combined length of the Isuzu flywheel housing and the Roamerdrive bellhousing appears to be less than +4" more than a NV4500 bellhousing. I know the Cummins/NV4500 bellhousing in my Dodge appears longer than the Roamerdrive bellhousing.
I'm in need of both those items, at your convenience would you PM me a price and shipping to 19956? Thank you.Edit-
...I have a manual flywheel and pressure plate sitting In the shop that I won’t be using...
Thank you both for taking a moment to look at it. I decided to move forward with the purchase, should be here in a few weeks.

Safe travels, hope you have a great trip.
Sorry I missed this, liekos62 answered placement and I'll second his opinion on it being a really nice piece of gear. That Roamerdrive clutch housing looks like it bolts to SAE housing?
Ed in CO.
I'm hoping to use Dodge slave cylinder and GM master cylinder. Using a similar recipe to join them as you did. Earls fittings and hydraulic hose between them. Thanks for pointing out the need for a smaller clutch fork, I bought one for a '96 v10 I think, I'll have to look up some images. The roamerdrive bellhousing mounts straight to the stock Isuzu bellhousing adapter. Looks a lot like an SAE 2 but it is Isuzu. I purchased one it has really nice machining, uses the dodge external clutch slave cylinder with a dodge clutch fork (not the cummins NV4500 sized fork but a smaller one from a Cherokee)...
Yep, stock Isuzu flywheel and pressure plate. Dodge clutch disc in my case when I get there and I too will be swapping out a Dodge input shaft into a GM nv4500 in order to keep my TC. That's one of the reason I don't have this together yet, I'm saving money to buy a '96 and up nv4500. The one I had just had rebuilt was an earlier version with a different bolt pattern and different input bearing size....Stock isuzu 4bd1t flywheel with stock pressure plate and a clutch disc from a mid 80s ford f350 with a 460. When we rebuilt the NV4500 we changed to the dodge HD 10 spline 1 1/4" input shaft.
Your too kind. It's not in yet. I'm hoping they're worth the effort. Do you have pictures of your rig? Would be fun to see, feel free to post up....The motor mounts you made look really nice. I used stock isuzu mount and wish I had went with the liquid filled mounts like you did.
Yes, there is enough material to drill new holes in either the bellhousing or the transmission. So you could redrill/machine the dodge bellhousing to match the old Chevy transmission. Am I looking at this right?
Joshuak, did you ever receive the PM regarding flywheel and pressure plate?
Who's adapter plate have you used? The kit I have used all dodge parts. I have to say, as nice as that is, the dodge route seems so much simpler. Is there a reason that route isn’t taken more?
Gotcha, the fact that their are folks still waiting for parts Dustin may explain why that route isn't taken more.I think it was Dustin’s design originally. It’s just a plate and crank puck that makes the back of the Isuzu a Cummins. Then everything from the block back is stock dodge. And you can just swap the input shaft to the heavy duty Cummins/v10 input shaft and keep the rest of the NV4500 GM without a rebuild.
Hey! I remember you saying something about the 6.2 staying, was happy to see you update your thread with the c30. Looking forward to following along.…
We changed directions on the 86 k30 and rebuilding the 6.2l but picking up a 83 c30. With my kit it looks like I will be able to use 1st gen cummins motor mounts and adapter to the original frame mounts and Isuzu motor mount perch.
