Are you thinking of a soak-in-tub or squirt-it-on application.

Start with power wash.

For soaks, I start with a long bath in Diesel (I have a fair amt of old Diesel), rinse with gas, finish with brake cleaner.

For squirt...Dollar Tree oven cleaner. Then, Dollar tree orange squirt stuff. Brake cleaner.

I also buy SS scrubbies and green fake Scotchbrite at the dollar place.
