Got a question,

My engine came with a block heater but the guy who pulled the engine from the bread truck cut the wire mid length and trashed the plug.

Im trying to wire a new plug on the wire and Looking at the end that screws on to the block, it appears that either wire can go to hot or neutral and the small wire in the middle goes to the third prong ground.

Is that right?

Yeah for a couple bucks you can go to many local auto stores and get the pigtail that plugs into the one on the block and no splicing required.

Really? They aren't cummins specific? Cool. I was actually thinking of wiring a battery tender in with the block heater so, splicing isn't a problem but easy is always better
