I got the truck with this and the booster already on the truck was told it might be off a ford? Any help guys would be great.

That might be quite a challenge to identify. Here is one that appears to be close from a '69 Ford E300 and another that may be even closer that came on a '74 Ford F250. That one seems closest and has that small round protrusion sticking down below. However, it does not have the lip on the back which would indicate this one is for power brakes where the one you have is likely for non power. Ford is probably a good guess but narrowing it down to a specific year and model might take some time. Likely in the 60's to 70's time period.

The masters for power brakes wouldn't need that lip you see on that rusty one you have. That is to hold a sealing boot where the pedal rod goes in. Power brake masters are generally smooth in that area because they are inside the booster unit.
