You can if you add a distributor, sparkplugs and a carburetor. If you want to keep it as a compression ignition engine you have to use Diesel as fuel.
Forgot, you'll need a new set of lower compression pistons too.
it doesn't worth the effort to make it run as an otto engine... diesel cycle is way more efficient, and also diesel fuel is easier to handle than gaseous fuels, and way safer than propane...
