Can anyone recomemd a source for a clutch assembly and fork for my conversion. I imagine the OEM Doge stuff is super pricey and wanted to see if there were other options before heading that route.

Also, where is the best place to source a slave cylinder? Thanks.

dodge is actually the cheapest ive found and the least amount of guess work or headache. you dont have to buy the [artsw from dodge but the configuration. i picked up a bellhousing, clutch fork, 2 flywheels, starter, starter spacer and engine adapter plate for $200 .... now all i need is a clutch which i will be using the larger 13" 6spd disk with 1-1/4 hub and stock pressure plate along with a hydraulic assembly, dodge slave and probably ford master

I'm using stock dodge stuff as well, not the cheapest, but cheaper isn't always better :D It will last and hold up well, so the price should be worth it in the end.
