I am doing a swap into a Jeep wrangler tj. I was looking at my96z web site and i noticed he did not have a vacuum pump up top like my engine came. Will i need to install a vac pump in front of my power steering pump or are there other options? So far i can only find 6bt pumps on ebay will they work? thanks the newbie thepest4133

I have a complete vacuum pump with bracket and pullies for sale. You will need it if you want to run vacuum brakes. Personally I think it's cheaper than getting a vacuum pump + PS pump. Let me know if you want it.

I used the Dodge PS/vacuum setup and I'm glad I did. Its tucked away out of the way, which saves space at the front of the motor. Not really a problem in a fullsize vehicle, but for smaller, tighter engine compartments the Dodge setup works great.
