This guy is a beautiful restorer and has two gorgeous powerwagons and a third in planning that he has restored and repowered with water/air cooled 4BTAs. He posts occationally on www.turbodieselregister.com but has not been a member of the yahoo group. I hope he chooses to post up here!

Hi Gang;

Thanks for the kind words on my Power Wagons. I just found out about this new forum. Just what the Doctor Ordered. I just posted a little about myself/turcks over on the Personal Introductions Forum.

For sure, I am bookmarking this forum and will be a regular reader.

Paul... well done

IS that a factory Dodge PTO MU2 Winch converted to Hydro on your sweetheart?

This is what my 3 sons each drove to High School..one of the best projects we did together... wish I'd known about 4bts back in 98 ..then I'd still have it.

Yes, the winch is a Braden MU-2 which was supplied as stock when ordered with a Power Wagon. When I installed the 4BTA, I did not have clearence for a PTO drive shaft to the winch. I copied the Milemarker hydraulic setup. It works great. I will be using the same hydraulic drive setup on my M37 as PTO drive shaft issues will remain a problem.
