I bet you could answer your own question by looking at a 7.3 powerstroke, then looking at an EB engine compartment.
That said, guys fit 460's in there with generous use of a torch, so if you happen to have an EB laying around and feel the urge to hack it to bits and really, really enjoy dealing with 47 miles of wiring to figure out I think the powerstroke would be your cup of tea.
Seems like overkill for an engine in an EB to me. A motor like that belongs in a full size truck that can utilize it's power for towing/hauling IMHO. You shouldn't need any more than a 4cyl turbo Diesel to move that rig around. If it's one of those "I got this 7.3 and an EB I want to make something out of", then sell the 7.3 and get something more reasonably sized to go in it.
