What injection pump do you have? If it's a Bosch A inline pump it may need a bit more pressure than 23 PSI but that may be workable. Not sure about the A pump but a P pump has the same lift pump on Cummins engines. The basic stock model is supposed to be 17-23 PSI at idle and not below 25 PSI under load. If your 4bd1t has a different pump you need to know its requirement.

The drp-02 doesn't quite create enough pressure for the A-size injection pump. I believe spec is around 1.5 bar in the galley, or 21-22 PSI. The drp-02 puts out maybe 15 psi. If you want to run electric I would step up to the adjustable series of FASS, like the FASD10140G for a 12 valve Cummins. It's overkill for sure, but you have plenty of room for adjustment to meet spec.
