I am finishing up the chassis setup for the 1994 Jeep Wrangler I am swapping a 4BT into. I have the body off the chassis and the chassis stripped currently. I'm using the stock 20 gallon Jeep tank and plan on modifying the sending unit for a larger feed line. I plan on big injectors after the motor is installed. What fuel pump should I use and what size lines? I will be plumbing everything in Aeroquip braided stainless lines.

I use a piston style lift pump that puts out 18psi. That's about the max you want to run on a VE engine. I have never seen any need for aux electric pumps on a 4BT. The little lift pumps can support pretty big numbers on a 6BT.
