The claim, that both support diagonals in GM radiator support need to be removed, is also false, since the Cummins CAC fits flush into the support with diagonals in place, w/o issues. The hood latch seems to be a problem with many doing Cummins conversions. My mod allows for the hood latch to remain as it was from the factory, then allows for fitting AC condenser, trans cooler, P/S cooler behind a dual headlight header panel.

With such a large trans cooler there is plenty of room for p/s cooler too, condenser uses strap mounting.

How does that smaller condenser cool?
That is not a smaller condenser, its the standard size for all 400, 425, 435 series CHEVY and GMC and used in all dual HVAC equipped vehicles for this series too, works as it should.

Would you possibly have any pictures before you put the transmission cooler in front of the condenser?
Have to check other hard drives...

I will say this, while the trans cooler is massive, its design allows for plenty of air across all other components outside, and inside the radiator support...

So the condenser goes in front of that piece of flat bar?
Yes, you can drill large holes in the bar for more air flow but its not needed....
