You will have 2 main issues with the HE221W that you will have to address. First, the exhaust flange is T25 and your manifold is T3. So you will need an adapter to bolt the turbo to the manifold. Adapters are out there so that can be done. Second, you will likely have to change the clocking of the turbo so the oil drain and compressor outlet are in the proper position. This is a bit harder for the HE221W because the wastegate actuator is attached to the compressor housing. You'll have to make some type of custom bracket to support that actuator. All HE221W's don't have the same attachment bracket so that complicates it somewhat. You might actually find one you don't have to clock but that's sort of a crap shoot. These are just part of the things that go with using that turbo. The HX30W has none of those problems. It is stock with a T3 flange and the wastegate controller is attached to the turbine section.
