Greetings,
I'm Wayne. Live in NC on weekends, work in Petersburg VA during week. Army Maintenance for last 28 years. I'm kinda into diesel engines. I was Cumminsbronco68 on the yahoo site, wanted DogDiesel (not available then), so now I have the AKA again.
I have a 93 Chevy 4x4 with 5.9L & NV4500 (205K), like with most conversions, I'm not fully finished with it, I've been driving converted for about the last 100K mile. The little Cummins makes a Chevy truck that much better, especially pulling trailers.
I also have a 68 Bronco with 4BT & THM 475/Dana20/D44FRT, fully licensed and driveable for the last 1.5 years.
Three Mercedes diesel cars
--87 Mercedes 300TD station wagon (340K)
--85 300SD (330K)
--84 190D (205K)
81 VW pickup- pulling the 1.6 natural and putting in built AAZ 1.9TD
68 Ford 4000 4x4 diesel tractor
62 Super Dexta diesel tractor
59 Dexta Diesel tractor
81 Ford 1100 4x4 diesel tractor
55 Allis Chalmers HD5-G crawler loader powered by 2-71 Detroit
Thinking about becoming a AMSOIL dealer, with myself as main customer, cause I change a lot of oil. Think the fleet is going synthetic with bypass filters as next project upgrade.

Kinda busy; Let me paint it first

As for the Bronco, I begin an auto-body class at the end of this month. It goes in the classroom bay shop for paint.
Next weekend, a fellow likely will buy the 4BT from it, and I will drop my 4BTA in it.
I'll post pictures of it this summer.
It's still primer grey as yet.
