Looking to Jet Coat my exhaust manifold and turbo. What is the maximum temperature of a 4BTA exhaust manifold and turbo?

Keep you temps under 1200* and you'll be alright .As far as coating I would see what there temp goes to I would hate to have that done and the temp set at 1200* and for it to burn off.

I painted my block with Plasti-kote engine enamel and got a fair amount onto my exhaust manifold and it's still there,(only says 500*) either the stuff is really good or it doesn't get too hot...

Diesel manifolds run a lot cooler than petrol.
The petrol guys don't seem to have problems with it burning off.

Does anyone know what needs to be done to take apart the turbo so I can have the housing done?

See the "H1C disassembled for rebuild" post. It is on page 2 now.

If you have the turbine housing done I would recommend instructing them not to do the inside of it. There isn't much clearance inside. If they get excessive with the coating it may rub the turbine.
