is this a pressurized oil port?

if not, is there a simple place to get oil on this side of the engine? I need it for my vacuum pump.

awesome, saves me from trying to run a line from the other side of the engine where the's a port next to the oil filter. I couldn't find it in any of the manuals in the FAQ's.
