Sure, does it have a 2 speed rear axle? Do you already have a 5 speed trans? Is it OD? Probably will need to do something about axle ratio or ‘Brownie’ OD. Most diesels like to cruise 1800-2000 RPM. Perkins 6 cyl engines need to have harmonic balancer on the front-life is short without one. Do you have an engine already? Does it have an SAE clutch housing or ? What part of the country are you in?

Ed pretty much covered it. You also need the flywheel for a clutch which is horribly expensive since these engines have been obsolete for a long time. Here's what the flywheel should look like. Most shops are afraid to post a price but one had their price at $4646.03. OUCH! Now, if you lived in the UK you might find those as common as dirt but here in the US most application were farm equipment. Those engine haven't been built since 1996 and the first ones came out in 1961.
