Hi All,
I'm trying to find out the max flow for a CP3 on an ISBe 4.5 and hoping someone here can help.

The Cummins part number is 5264248 and the Bosch number is CR/CP3S3/L110/30-789S

I've seen it stated in an article that all factory CP3s share the same pump displacement. If that's the case then the stock Dodge Cummins CP3 max flow rates should be about the same.

Anyone able confirm?

From what I can find, that part 5264248 is used on the ISF3.8, ISBe4.5, QSB4.5, and the QSB6.7 engines. Believe the current Bosch part # is 0 445 020 150. That number you gave is the model # not the part #. As for the flow rate that may not be easy info to find unless Bosch can tell you.

Thanks, would you know what the highest HP QSB6.7 engine it was used in?

I did a search by the bosch model number and it showed up as being used in MAN, Inveco and New Holland engines as well. Highest HP rating I found it used on is a 380hp Heuliez bus.

The QSB6.7 power ranged from 146-310 HP. The power potential of the pump is sort of immaterial. The highest powered ISBe4.5 was 210 HP. Unless you can create new software you can't go higher.
