Crack all the injection lines, try pumping the lift pump and you may get some fuel to the one or two of the injectors. A lump of rag over the injectors will stop the fuel spraying everywhere. If by yourself just crank till fuel shows at the injectors then tighten them. Start it and if running a little rough crack each injector and get any last air out.

If you can get the broken bit out a good locksmith should be able to sort out a key for you.

There are 1/8 NPT plug/s in the block below the Injection pump in the oil gallery. You may also have one in the filter head.

Don't idle it too much, get a bit of a load on it to seat the rings.
Do not high rev or lug it, in other words use it but nothing excessive.
