Subject sort of says it all...
If anyone has a "good idea" on a mount and wants to see what they look like, use this site. But you have to know the application or part number:

I've been reading up in the "show off your mounts" section and there are a couple neat options. But I am wondering if anyone found a good "proven" option for 4BTs and similar engines that is still liquid. Or, a solid engine mount and that really does a good job of isolating vibration? I am personally not overly anal (and I used solid mounts two times ago and they were fine). But I have seen the 4BTs on their stock mounts really rattling away, it is night and day and is smoother inside the cabin... I used the stock 4BT liquid filled mounts this last time (if anyone has a set for sale, PM me I'm looking for a spare!) but we're doing an Isuzu swap right now and have not made up our mind on which mount to use. From the show off your mounts thread this popped up (see image attached below):
1989-1993 Ford F-350 WSEM-2698 $28.99
