Not sure where to start. I'm think of pulling out an 6.7 and putting in a 8.3 cummins. In a kenworth T 300. How do you trust where motor is coming from? Wiring harness. I have a 2007 with 350,000 mile and a 8.3 I've never had a problem. I also have a 2008 6.7 with 125,000 miles and 10,000.00 in repair and a lot of learning how to keep working. I'm thinking is time to move in a different direction.

Don't get one you cannot inspect, come with history, electrics. What is wrong with 6.7? Has use increased?

Hey Ed thanks for asking. The 6.7 is a 2008 first year with egr, dpf. The older mechinics don't know how to work on it and the dealer is crazy money and they replace everything. Ive been have the dpf cleaned every year, 2 turbos vgt, egr, delt p sensor now the cooler. It's not the same as a lite truck that you can take every thing off. The other truck we have is 6 months apart. 8.3 runs lick a watch.
