Im using a Ford ball joint dana 60 on my Toyota. main reason is width and because i'd rather go slightly overkill, than have something go wrong. Im not saying nothing can go wrong with a 60 but less likely than a 44. Plus 44s don't like 40" tires for to long if your rough on it. :D my.02

I'd go for a set of late model Dodge Diesel axles, 60 front and 70 rear from 89-93. The problem your going to have is your TJ is all link and the Dodge (and Chevy) are set up for leaf springs. How are your fab skills?
