well i have oil driping out my overflow tube on the rad. so i'm guessing its a head gasket. what are everyone thoughts?

I would say head gasket as well...................good chance to freshen up

Check the water to oil cooler first. They have a tendency to crack. It's easier to wrestle off a chunk of aluminum first before ripping off the head. If it not that then it's probably the head gasket. Check the front and rear portions of the block to head areas for a coolant leak. That is where it usually first shows up.

would the engine smoke white if the head gasket was leaking. like a gas engine does.

1. Do a radiator / coolant leak down test.
2. Check dip stick ,oil fill cap for milk / paste oil.
3. Loop your trans ines / Bypass the oil cooler .
4. do a engine copression test.
