Hi guys,

I'm dropping a 6BT into a GM P30 motorhome chassis and I would like to know what you guys have ended up with for clearance from the bottom of the pan to the ground.. I'd sure hate to knock the bottom off..

Most of the trucks in this section are 4x4 ,if you have more than 8 '' you'll be fine.

Thanks CC59. Right now I'm at 15.5 in.. The lower I can get the engine, the less will have to stick up thru the floor.

Agreed. I'm in progress right now but I will likely end up with approx 18" but we're talking apples and oranges comparisons between what I'm building and what you're building.

Most of the trucks in this section are 4x4 ,if you have more than 8 '' you'll be fine.
