Folks, we have a pretty good self policing group of people here on 4BT Swaps but there is an area that is developing some unwanted and unneeded friction. This concerns some of the replies to items posted for sale. The normal routine on most forums is if you see something you are interested in purchasing you post a public message such as "PM sent" and take the discussion out of the public area. If the deal fails to go through you should delete your "PM sent" public message. We all don't need to read things such as "I'll give you XXXX dollars for that" or "I have one for sale too for XXXX dollars" which is hijacking someone else's ad. The other point is this: If I have an engine with a hundred bazillion miles and I list it for a mere million dollars I do not want to read comments such as "Why so much" or "Are you crazy" and the same idea can also apply to the comment "Why so cheap?" Ok folks, clear enough? Now I have to go and do some clean up work.
