Hey everyone, I’m in the process of a qsb 4.5 swap into a manual vehicle and I am in search of a 130 hp calibration with 12 volt system voltage with a regular foot throttle with idle validation switch. The cal will be put into a cm850 ecm part number 4921776. Does anyone have an engine serial or cal code or can point me in the right direction on where to find one? Thanks for any help!

Which QSB 4.5 are you working with? Is it an 8 valve or 16 valve? The 8 valve engine didn't come over 100 HP. If it's a 16 valve engine here is a serial number for a 130 HP. 74401173 CPL is 8755.
All the control data and software for that engine are the following part number, however, you cannot buy these. Cummins lists them as an non sellable item.
5290637 Performance control data
5290835 Installation trim data
5290841 Engine control data
5290844 Electronic constants data
5290847 Engine control software
5290862 Engine configuration data
5290865 System control data
5326916 Application control data

Sorry I forgot to mention it is a 16 valve common rail engine. Thanks for the engine serial, I know someone at a Cummins dealer that can flash the controller and will have them take a look at it, thank you for the help!

You might check with Calibrated Power as well. They do HD tuning for most Cummins ECMs. Not sure if that includes the ISB4.5 yet, but you could possibly get a HP bump out of the deal too. It is a little spendy however...
