I'm interested how you were able to drill a flywheel to accept a converter? are you sure you don't mean to say flexplate?

i didnt do it, someone who had it before me did. they drilled holes through the flywheel that match the pattern of a 700r4 torque converter. the nub of the converter fits in the "flywheel" where the pilot bearing is supposed to be.

This may be one of the ultra rare first set ups that were used before the cost saving wave ring came into play.
