Does anyone know the curb weight of the stepvan?
My stepvan is the one with 15 foot of storage space.

I can get .45 cents a pound for aluminum or I can sell it with out taking it apart for 12 cents a pound.
Trying to figure out which way to go.

Thanks

Comes out to around a bit over $650 apart or $175 together at your prices. Advertise it on Craigslist.org at $500 and you will be saving yourself a lot of work. I figure the 45 cents/pound is for clean prepared aluminum? Weight=around 1450 pound of aluminum average. That would be rolling the body off and onto a trailer. Overall weight is around 5000 pounds so at .12 = $600 complete.

I wasn't looking forward to all the work of dismantelling just to recoup some bucks. I listed the complete van minus motor/trans on ebay and sold it to a local guy for around $600. I was happy with that.
