Using a Chevy NV4500 setup with the Chevy slave through an older master that was used for multiple applications on my Power Wagon. The engine and trans has been together for a few years now, and had sat outside in the frame for a few months while I finished body work. Filled and bled the clutch over the weekend and while that went well I have a feeling the clutch as rusted to the flywheel. I have a very stiff peddle and some movement at the fork but pretty sure the clutch isn't releasing.

Anyone have any suggestions to try and free it without pulling the trans. I found a few suggestions online but I have no access cover on the Chevy setup and right now the truck isn't ready to start or move (no drive-shafts installed and the wiring is still in progress).

I had that problem and solved it by starting it with the E brake set and the wheels blocked with the clutch depressed it broke free with no problems.
