TDI To AX5 Using ACME Adpater

Hello!

I've heard we could use the ACME adapter for an ALH TDI in a Jeep TJ with the AX5 Transmission, as long as a Toyota bell housing from the W58 is used. I had some questions regarding this, as I have heard the input shaft on both transmission weren't the same lenght. I know they don't have the same spline count for the clutch, but Jeff Kerr from acmeadapters told me he thinks I could still use the jeep clutch with toyota flywheel and pressure plate. Anyone here knows if it's true, as I'm afraid about the input shaft length? Or else should I swap in the input shaft from the Toyota transmission and use the whole Toyota clutch kit? Unless there is a way I could use Jeep's flywheel/clutch/pressure plate/starter wich I already own, with their adapter and only the toyota bellhousing?

Regards
