I got my 6bt running yesterday and after a belt swap all appeared to be good. The first belt was dragging on the tensioner arm a little bit so I got one 3/4" longer. When I put it on everthing worked fine, but the tensioner bounces and the the belt bounces a little between the other pulleys as a result. The way the tensioner is running with this belt it is about 30degrees to the belt. With a longer belt the angle of the tensioner would be greater, around 50-60 degrees, but it would also be close to the end of its range.
