Turbo Exhaust manifold.

Intake gasket
For the 4BD2TC without the springs holding the intake on (1994 vintage) The intake to cylinder head gasket is
Isuzu P/N: 8-97105616-0
GM P/N: 97105616
That's off the Isuzu parts label, there was a shipping label as well, on it the Isuzu P/N had an extra hyphen (8-97105-616-0).
I'll come back and edit this post when I've got some usefull pictures (soon).

High guys , finally got around to posting #'s for 4a P&B.
This particular # is very common in BOSCH 4 & 6a Pumps
on J.D. equipment and engines as Pump # 9400230069.
P&B# 1 418 325 183 ,10mm. These will make quite a bit
more fuel at original Rack settings and will require corrections
of calibration at Lowidle/rack positions. I Strongly suggest
that these be used in a Rebuild and Calibration Setting ,and
Not a normal D.I.Y. project.:nuke:

gasket set
i dont exactly know the part # but i did get my complete gasket set for about $150 at auto zone. ya they had to order it but it was still cheap. :beer:

I have just taken delivery of a genuine 4BD1 industrial parts catalogue, a breif flick through reveals about 3 different flywheels, 4 different sumps, 8 different bellhousings etc.

I recently installed a new temp sensor in the '94 NPR, there are 4 or 5, none interchange.
The one I replaced is the one in the water neck above the thermostat, almost dead center in the pic.

It has 2 wires, one green with a yellow tracer, one black with a green tracer and a 2 pin weather tite type connector.
On the package it came in it's:
Isuzu P/N: 8-97025469-0
GM P/N: 97025469
On the shipping label it has an Isuzu PN with an extra hyphen between the 5 and 4 (8-97025-469-0).
Naturally that's the only sensor I found that was screwed up when I looked, uppon installing it though, one of the wires came off of another 2 wire temp sensor so I'll have to order that one Monday (dealer is closed the 3rd of July too). So I'll have another number shortly.

I have two new (to me) numbers.
One is for the QOSIII temp sensor ("SENSOR; QOS THER")
It's the two wire sensor that screws into the front face of the cylinder head towards the intake side (somewhat hidden by all the brackets). The two wires are Black and Yellow (kind of an 'Amber' or 'Safety Yellow' shade of yellow). It is short, the threads come right up to the wrench flats and the wires come out the top 1/4" to 3/16" from the top of the wrench flats. I'll post a pic when I get one.

The next I wasn't too sure about posting here, but was a large enough PITA to get a PN for I figured I would post it to hopefully save some grief.
It's the belt for the Factory AC compressor ("BELT: P/S PUMP" yeah, I know, but that's what it says, and it appears to fit).

Anyone have schematics on the workings of the oil/coolant heat exchanger? I need to know how it works, and I'd rather not disassemble it to find out.
I was hoping the service/shop manual would cover it, but it doesn't reference it at all except in passing, and it's skipped over in all the parts break-outs.

I have a couple fuel filter numbers for the 4BD1 series. For some strange reason the FSM shows a spin on type, but mine and every picture I've seen uses an element type for the primary filter. There is also a "pre-fuel" filter but since I use something beefier for that now, and the OEM unit is lost, I don't know the part numbers for that. Again this is the element type primary fuel filter.

Glow plug part numbers. These two are dimensionally identical, top one for 12v vehicles, lower one for 24v vehicles.

This is the one Dougal posted in another thread, I have bought 3 from this place and each one has worked great! They ship fast and the price cant be beat, I paid $60 locally for the same one to compare the two and they are identical (I took the $60 back).
