I have known for a while that some company took some postal jeeps and replaced the metal body with a fiberglass body and put in a non turbo 4b engine. This is the third one I have seen on ebay:

My question is what kind of power does this engine put out? Does anyone know? The best I could find was 76 hp, but what about torque?

Ask him to give the info from the ID tag on the injection pump, I can give you the info you want.

Well, I did get the CPL# Will that work?
CPL 0591

My Cummins shop manual lists a CPL 591 as;

4b3.9 64hp at 2200 R's no other info listed

In the Ebay Pictures, it looks like the flywheel housing adapter is a SAE #3
