I have known for a while that some company took some postal jeeps and replaced the metal body with a fiberglass body and put in a non turbo 4b engine. This is the third one I have seen on ebay:

My question is what kind of power does this engine put out? Does anyone know? The best I could find was 76 hp, but what about torque?
