Cummins part number is 5260167
I can't for the life of me come up with the application where this was used. It appears to be a high mount water inlet but Cummins can't tell me a application either of where I need to find a a/c compressor and alternator.
Help would be appreciated

It shows to be used on the ISB/QSB 6.7 engines. I would assume the rear gear train models and not the Dodge ones. Not a cheap part. $506.47 from Cummins. Had a previous part number 4942494. It is a bit strange. It's painted black and that appears to be original. Dodge engines were black but had no part like that. Most commercial engines were red and all that I checked were different. The QSB 6.7 engines were often black so it's likely of that origin. If Cummins can't tell you it must be top secret. LOL.

I know it's not a dodge part as I've literally done about 60 or so conversions a my cummins deal said it fits qsb ,ISF, b series,l series from 2.8 to 8.3 liter but I can't find it bolted to a engine anywhere and cummins also said without a cpl number they can't tell me what compressor or alternator
