I'm changing the flywheel and adapter plate on my 4BT. I don't have the shop manual and need to know the torque spec for the bolts that attach the flywheel to the crank. I also need to know the torque for the bolts that attach the adapter plate to the engine block (assuming that there is a spec. for these.)
